If software has a severe limitation, then it should be stated clearly upfront and not buried on of a PDF. I think Waves should provide an exchange, because Waves Tune is unable to be used on my style of music, it is not fit for purpose, and is can't do the job it claims to. It's my style to deliberately avoid the robotic sound of all the notes being quantized on a grid. That stinks, because I just want this for my own music, and all my own music has tempo changes. I contacted Waves and asked for a refund, or at least an exchange for a different Waves plugin that I might actually be able to use. You may encounter unexpected results if used within a tempo changed timeline.' However, it is buried in of the user manual PDF, which says 'Please note that Tune does not support tempo changes. When there's a tempo change, the software falls apart and spits out garbled junk. Waves Tune does not work in any music where there is a tempo change. Waves claims 'Tune delivers excellent results in any form of music, even non-Western.' But I thought I'd buy something better, so I bought Waves Tune. I'm a Logic Pro user, and the built-in tuner has a nice interface. I don't want the voice tuning to be obvious to the listener. I don't want an Auto-Tune style robotic sound. I wanted some voice-tuning software with a natural sound.
